The project was born from this desire to share a culinary heritage cause “Pierre and Jean” is also a tribute to the grandfather and father of Jacques who renamed this institution of gastronomy Burgundy. The frame, an old winery transformed by Yves Boucharlat, Lyon architect, composed of interior spaces that combine a contemporary style with the stones of Burgundy and framework of the original building. The dining room, open to both the kitchen and the garden, symbolizes the desire to combine the family tradition with a contemporary atmosphere and cuisine.
Today Anthony Delaunay officiates in cooking by perpetuating this tradition in the renewal.
