We are constantly in motion, there is no routine. Thanks to the seasons, the climate, the temperatures. In this job, you never get bored! It’s perhaps our everyday life, sometimes binding, but so enriching, energizing.
And if this routine took hold, the brigade made up of “fellows” between 20 and 28 years old is there to stimulate the desire to continue and give more of yourself every day.
To give pleasure, to make pleasure, it’s a sharing that I like to savor. Even if I do not visit guest in the dining room, I meet some of them in the cuisine and so I discover my space in which I evolve.
